Wow, great food and amazing friendly staff. Never fail to have an awesome meal when we go.

We came for a Mothers day meal, there were five adults and an 8 year old. The food and service were excellent. The 8 year old in our party got a tour of the kitchen and got to stir his curry. He was so excited, this was a lovely touch. My meal was free as mothers were given a free meal! We will definitely return when we are in Rainham again. A fantastic meal with a great atmosphere.

Not been back here for about 9yrs(previous to that The cherry orchard pub!)& visited tonight with parents & what a little gem in the heart of Parkwood.Food,Service & atmosphere was outstanding & will definitely be back again soon.As a pescatarian the fish dishes(especially the fish mixed grill)were outstanding & delicious.Would highly recommend this restaurant

First time visiting this restaurant. My wife said it was the best curry she has ever had. Food was certainly excellent.

The best curry I've had in a very long time. We popped in for the 2 for 25 deal as we'd not been for years. I was honestly blown away by the quality of the food, flavours and freshness of everything. It is now my favourite curry house. I had the Chicken Dansak, and it was the best Dansak I've had at any Indian restaurant ever. It was clear that it was freshly made and had the most sublime flavours. The dish was large in size and had plenty of chicken in this. My wife had the chicken biryani and also enjoyed this immensely. Highly recommended to all, and we will definitely be visiting this restaurant more in the future.

I don't report on first time experiences as I like to get the feel of a place over time. This was our third visit for a group of six and we enjoyed the food and service on all three occasions. The staff aren't the usual fake smile and pushy waiters you get in some places, but are serious and attentive at the right times, like the old style butlers, while leaving time for perusal of the menu, and not trying to collect the plates before everyone has finished. One of our group has dietary problems and the waiter went to the kitchen to confirm that a particular dish did not contain things they were allergic to, and were happy to provide hot water for one of the party to brew their own herbal tea. All of us have enjoyed our food on all three occasions. Poppadoms and chutneys to start, 6 main meals with either various rices or bangbang potatoes, plus 1 naan, 4 glasses of wine, three soft drinks, 1 tea, 4 coffees, 121.33 including 10% service charge, but we rounded up to 130 as we had enjoyed the food.

The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The owner made us all very welcome - fantastic hospitality All the meals were served hot and cooked to perfection with lovely presentation - the whole experience was faultless. The best curry we've had anywhere in the world!

Our first time here for many years. We had a great evening, lovely relaxed atmosphere & fantastic food! The owner had great knowledge of his dishes & even recommended certain pairings that would work best together (these were cheaper than the items we had originally selected so know the advice was genuine). Great selection of different curries & particularly liked the variety of different fish available, we will definitely be booking to go again!
